For over thirty years, I worked in demanding corporate IT roles where success meant delivering results under constant pressure.

From the outside, everything looked successful. Behind it was stress, perfectionism, and the ongoing challenge of keeping up. The career looked right on paper. The life behind it did not.

Then burnout changed everything. It forced me to pause, reflect, and rethink what success really means — not just professionally, but personally. That experience now shapes the work I do. Today, I help executives, entrepreneurs, and high-performers find a better way to succeed, one that does not come at the cost of their well-being.
