How we handle your data.
This statement explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible
The controller for the personal data described here is:
Fede F, trading as CrescitaStudio
Email: hello@crescitastudio.com
This statement covers this website and enquiries sent through it. Personal data shared during a coaching engagement is covered by the agreement made at the start of that engagement.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, role (optional), area of interest and your message.
- Email: whatever you include when you write to hello@crescitastudio.com.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may record standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit) to keep the website secure and working.
Please do not include health information in the form. If you choose to share it anyway, we only use it with your explicit consent to respond to your enquiry (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR).
Why, and on what legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, arrange a discovery call — on the basis of your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
- To keep the website secure — on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for marketing, do not sell it, and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Cookies, analytics and fonts
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to font providers such as Google when you visit.
Who receives your data
We only share your data with service providers that help us run this website and handle email, and only as far as needed:
- Hosting and email provider: OVHcloud. The website, the contact form and the hello@crescitastudio.com mailbox all run on OVHcloud. Form messages are sent straight to our inbox and are not stored on the web server.
OVHcloud processes this data within the European Union. Your data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months of our last contact. If you become a client, your data is kept for as long as the engagement requires and as long as the law requires afterwards.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- restrict or object to its processing;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@crescitastudio.com. We respond within one month.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl, or with the supervisory authority in your own EU country.
Changes
We may update this statement when our website or services change. The latest version is always on this page.
